As they release their highly anticipated debut album 'WAR ON TIME', Angelas Dish take on back to back touring with Thirsty Merc and The Hot Lies before heading out on their own album tour to follow.
Featuring the current single 'Soft November', which debuted in the top 20 ARIA charts and topped the AIR charts at #1, 'War On Time' was produced by ARIA award winner David Nicholas and featured the talents of US Producer Mark Needham (The Killers, My Chemical Romance).
Lead singer Michael Harris explains the sarcasm in the title, "War is futile and it will never end, just like time keeps ticking, it always has and always will."
In the early years Angelas Dish began working with renowned Australian guitarist Dave Leslie from the Baby Animals. Passing on his knowledge and skills to brothers Josh and Michael, Dave mentored the brothers teaching them guitar and the craft of song writing, whilst co-producing their first self titled release. Now days the boys song writing has matured into a melodic rock sound with influences from Bob Dylan to U2 and the Goo Goo Dolls.
Dave comments, "When I heard 'Soft November', I was pleased to hear that their knack of conjuring thoughts and emotions through interesting guitar sounds, chord colours and playing technique has become one of the signature elements of the 'Angela's Dish' sound."
With their 'Soft November' video clip #4 Most Viewed in the My space Top 10 for 2007 and Channel [V]'s #1 Most Requested, the single is now playing across the Nova network, Fox FM, SA FM, 2Day, SEA FM and a slew of regional stations.
