Australian Open Live Stage 2017

30 November 16
Each Jan, Melbourne gets hit with a heatwave that generally manages to fall over the entire two week duration of the country’s major world tennis tournament, aka, the Australian Open. Heat and tennis go hand and hand, and now, so does music.
In an Australian Open first, the Australian Open Live Stage will be held at Birrarung Marr, creating a whole new vibe and atmosphere – and the line-up is festival-worthy  and will host some huge Aussie and international artists including Missy Higgins, Birds Of Tokyo, The Living End, The Temper Trap and Jimmy Eat World just to name a few.
Alongside the other headliners are our very own Jon Stevens, Daryl Braithwaite and Ross Wilson who will be performing together as a supergroup!
We also are proud to have Abbey Stone, Cookin’ On 3 Burners, Passerine, Rival Fire and Slowly Slowly all performing throughout the Australian Open.
