The Bello Winter Music Festival has announced its return this year with the unveiling of a diverse line-up this week, including our very own, neo-soul star Kylie Auldist.
The all-ages family friendly event made its debut last year successfully transforming the small NSW town of Bellingen into a psychedelic jazz, funk and soul wonderland.
Bellingen will come alive again between July 7 and July 10, and with the help of Melbourne collective Jazz Party, will transform its clubs, cafes and churches into an enchanted oasis hosting over 60 national and international acts.
The line-up also includes New York-born Willie Watson, Jaaleekaay, Jeff Lang, Tora, All Our Exes Live in Texas,Sahara Beck, Tek Tek Ensemble, Desmond Cheese, Sweet Jean and L-Fresh the Lion just to name a few.
As well as street theatre, markets and dining, the festival is set to feature the Bellingen LeaF program which offers meditation, primitive fire making, renewable workshops, nature walks, yoga, eco footprint, sharing circle and eco art for kids at no extra cost to festival goers.
The festival will also showcase a Youth Mentorship Program which allows aspiring musicians and artists the invaluable experience to receive mentoring advice from established artists and even the chance to perform at the festival.
