Abbey has gone from strength to strength as the 25-year-old now has three EPs under her belt including Doorways (2014), Complete (2017) and the latest, Badlady (2020).
Inspiring perseverance, determination and falling in love, the latest EP features the title track, BADLADY, Say Anything and Flowers, is the latest chapter of Abbey’s journey as she promotes the strengths and empowerment of the everyday working woman.
Talking about the latest EP, she says that BADLADY “…sparked the idea that I couldn’t give from an empty cup. I had to reset and find a way to go about my daily life in the most empowered way possible; first and foremost for myself, and in turn, for those around me.”
Stone’s career has seen her travel around the world with her music as she has spent time writing and recording in Nashville, USA, most notably with American electric bluesman, Charlie Musselwhite who features on her track, ‘Million Minutes.’
She has also graced stages around Australia supporting many notable Artists including Melbourne’s Palais Theatre with Richard Marx, Crown Casino supporting Russell Morris and Brian Cadd, even at Nashville’s famous Bluebird Café.
